BEFORE shipping your items to us, be sure to communicate with us to notify of your shipment plans. You can do this by completing the form below. Once you have notified us, wait for our reply email, which will include a link to our FedEx shipping page. You generate your shipping label from that page. Then simply attach it to your package and drop it off at FedEx or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (463-3339) to schedule a pickup. REMEMBER TO WRITE DOWN YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

After I Ship, What's Next?

We will receive your shipment within 3-5 days, depending on where you are in the country. Within hours of receipt, we will notify you that your package arrived safely (you will also know of package delivery by checking online at FedEx.com). Next, we will email our Formal Bid, which will be our firm offer for the items you have sent.

What do I do after I receive your Formal Bid?

You simply reply to the email with your decision. If you accept our bid, we will mail our company check by Priority Mail the same day. We can also make payment by bank wire, but there is a $30 fee we must charge for that service. Or you can request a Paypal payment, if you know what that is and how to do it (many eBay sellers prefer a Paypal payment, even though it costs them money).

What if I don't like your bid?
